Junior Lawyer

Max brings a calm, practical and solutions-focused approach to helping clients navigate the complexities of family law.

Prior to joining Lagom, Max developed broad experience across parenting, property and divorce matters, with a particular strength in litigation. His background includes working in barristers’ chambers, appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Local Court of New South Wales, preparing matters for hearings and briefing counsel.

Max prides himself on staying cool and considered, even when matters are highly emotional or demanding. He is deeply invested in his clients and encouraged by the difference the right legal team can make when someone is navigating a life-changing fork in the road.

With strong experience in drafting, advocacy and litigation preparation, Max works closely with senior lawyers and counsel to help progress matters efficiently and keep clients informed.

Outside of work, Max is a rusted-on Manly Sea Eagles supporter and loves spending time at the beach.
