Lichee’s passion for Family Law stems from the desire to change the perception of what a Family Lawyer offers. In a time of need we believe this is someone who helps navigate the best path with empathy, extensive experience, clear communication and a desire to help clients get on with life following a relationship breakdown.
With a first preference to settle matters out of Court by negotiation or mediation, but where that is not possible, Lichee is highly respected for her seasoned ability in Court proceedings. She takes a holistic approach to understanding her client’s best interests and investing resources where they will be commercially responsible and sensitive to time.

Every client’s circumstances are different and that is why as the Principal, Lichee invests together with you in a detailed Initial Client Conference as a first step in the process to:

Plan the separation, divorce, property matter or parenting related processes best suited for you
Estimate costs based on your preferences of how to run the matter
Keep costs down through team delegation of work
