Lauren brings a calm, organised and empathetic approach to supporting clients through what is often a highly emotional and complex time in their lives.

Prior to joining Lagom, Lauren worked as a paralegal in a leading commercial law firm, where she developed strong skills in managing complex files, coordinating documentation and maintaining precision under pressure. She now applies this discipline and attention to detail to her work in family law, ensuring matters progress smoothly and clients feel supported throughout the process.

Working closely with senior members of the team, Lauren plays an important role in managing the day-to-day conduct of matters, allowing clients to feel confident that the details are being handled with care and accuracy.

Currently completing a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communications at UTS, Lauren continues to build her legal skills while providing steady and compassionate support to both clients and the wider team.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys team sports, language studies and contributing to community service and mentoring programs.
